Welcome - Let’s Start with a Free Consultation!

Thank you for your interest in working together! I know that reaching out for help can feel like a big step, so I’ve made the process as easy and low-pressure as possible. You can schedule your free 15-minute consultation directly through my online calendar, so you can find a time that works for you—no phone tag required!

What to Expect from Your Consultation

This free consultation is a chance for us to get to know each other and see if my services are the right fit for your needs. We’ll briefly talk about what’s been going on, what you’re hoping to get help with, and I’ll walk you through the types of services I offer.

This call is not a clinical session—I am unable to provide diagnoses or offer medical advice. It’s simply an opportunity for us to decide, together, if I’m the right person to support you (or your child).

Who the Consultation is For

This consultation is designed for new prospective clients who are exploring assessment services or Cogmed working memory training.

It’s not available for:

  • Current or returning clients - please email me directly or send me a message through the portal;

  • Solicitors (like pharmaceutical reps or medical billing companies);

  • Professional networking requests.

If you schedule for any of these reasons, your booking will be canceled to keep space open for individuals and families actively seeking care.

This practice does not offer ongoing medication management to new clients except in limited situations that arise through established professional collaborations.

Need a Time That’s Not Available?

If you don’t see a time that works for you, please email me with your name, contact information, a brief note about the services you’re interested in, and your general availability. I’ll do my best to find a time that fits your schedule.

Important Reminder

This practice is private pay and out-of-network only, and does not accept insurance.
